Hello, I am Claudia Laslie, owner and founder of Berkshire Rental Properties. I manage vacation rentals throughout the Southern Berkshires and my role is to act as a liaison between renter and homeowner. I work with homeowners to set current market value rates and to help prepare their homes for incoming rentals. I help potential renters find properties that fit their individual needs.
I started my company in 2006 after a big life change. I decided to try renting my home out to seasonal renters in order to bring in extra income. I soon discovered that there were properties throughout the Southern Berkshires, often sitting empty, and that those homeowners needed help finding good renters. I found my niche and the company took off.
My company specializes in seasonal vacation rentals, but I do have several properties that are available for long term rental, and the rates can be adjusted accordingly. I look forward to working with you!
