This is tree-house living at its finest. The spacious and open main floor has huge windows and sliders that allow you to take in the scenery and majestic views, both up-close and afar, from this modern perch among the trees. The living room with cozy seating and fireplace opens into the dining room (seats 6 easily along with counter seating for 4) which also grants access out to the 100 foot deck. The kitchen is open and fully gourmet with oodles of cabinets and counter space – all high-end appliances – with a Viking 6 burner double-oven range and griddle! Just off the kitchen and dining areas, the sunny screened-in porch provides protection from the elements while still allowing the beauty of nature its closeness. There is a library/office with queen fold out bed to host an extra overnight guest. This lucky guest would have their own full bathroom – just down the hall with tub/shower combo! Also located on this main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, and more french doors that lead to the deck, and has a luxurious bathroom en suite with soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks and private WC. There are views for miles from this lovely room but there are also thermal insulated shades for those that prefer to sleep in! The laundry room and direct access from the two-car garage completes the main floor.
Upstairs are two more en suite guest bedrooms one with a full bed and the other with a king bed. Both have their own full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom, converted from an upstairs office, now has a full bed, small table, lamp and side chair with privacy curtains on the french doors – perfect for a child or extra guest.
The ground floor level has its own wine seller, and plenty of room to let kids run and play. More glass walls and sliders provide plenty of light and the dog run is located just outside of this area. An in-house gym with treadmill, elliptical and weight machine is here for your use and enjoyment. The deck faces west so you are guaranteed a gorgeous sunset! There is also an auto generator so you are safe and secure if/when the power goes out.
Rates: Summer 2013: $12,000/month or $34,000 MD – LD. Weekly rates may become available after April 15th, 2012. Winter Ski 2013-2014: $22,000 for the ski season. Heat utility cap will apply to ski season booking. Rates are all-inclusive. Please inquire about off-season weekly and weekend rates.
