A beautifully updated, bright, open kitchen with plenty of marble, stainless steel, and views is just the beginning. Dining room seating for 8+, three wood-burning fireplaces: one in the living room, one in the office, and another in the library – bar room. A large sweeping stairway brings you up to five lovely bedrooms. The stunning master suite has a queen-sized bed with an attached bath with a tub, a shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate bidet / toilet room. One guest room has two delightfully playful twin beds, two more gorgeously appointed rooms both have full beds and the last room qualifies as a dormitory with three twin beds – two with trundle beds making sleep available for 5 younger ones! This is a large room with plenty of room for playing, complete with a laundry area as well. The two bedrooms (the two twins and one of the full bedrooms) share a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The other full bedroom has its own bathroom also with a combination tub/shower. On the main floor, soak in the indoor hot tub, après ski. Relax in the library with wet bar, the living room filled with art books, or take the children outside to the vast sprawling xxx acres. Bordered by a fence and set back far from the road, there is room to frolic – make snow angels, build a snow man, snow shoe or cross country ski without concern. There is a heated 2 -car garage with direct entry to a convenient boot-room which leads to the kitchen area. When available, in the summer months, cool off at the pool with a pool-house changing area. A deck with gas grill completes the picture. $7500 per month in winter $25,000 per month in summer 2 month minimum- all utilities included. References and security deposit is a must.
