The front room has cozy seating near the fireplace with a separate reading area and a front music parlor with a Baldwin Baby piano.
The kitchen has gorgeous green granite and gleaming high-end stainless steal appliances: six (6) burner gas cook-top, oven, double sink, and sub-zero fridge. There is bar seating for four (4) and a separate round dining table, with wood-burning fireplace, that seats 6+. The back porch off the kitchen has a gas grill, table and chairs. Stairs lead down to a charming courtyard with established perennials and organic vegetable garden-in season.
Back inside there is a home office, 1/2 bath, and laundry room. Upstairs, on the second floor, there are three (3) bedrooms: the master suite with king sized bed, seating area, and full bath with luxuriously tiled shower, a guest room with a queen sized bed, and a guest room with two twin beds. This youthful guest room has a “trap door” with a rope climb access into a secret clubhouse!

Rates – Summer 2012: $14,000/month or $4000/week. Ski Season 2013 from Dec 1 – March 31st for $24,000 or $6500/month. Rates are all-inclusive. Ski rentals will have a heat / utility cap applied.
