Located close to Windy Hill Nursery, this wonderfully tucked away home is perfect for the long or short term traveler who wants to witness the purest natural elements a stunning Berkshire  location, such as this, has to offer. There are gorgeous sunset views of Monument Mountain, right out the door.

You have two entrances – one from the side porch in winter for easy snow removal and the other into the center porch for summer. Inside, you have a sprawling floor plan with a great room that has floor to ceiling windows, creating dramatic light features! The kitchen has an interesting mix of typical and restaurant quality appliances. There is a gas range, new dishwasher, plenty of storage and gadgets. The dining room, just off the kitchen is filled with light. The large farmhouse style stable easily seats 8-10. The main floor has an art playroom fun for kids both young and old, a media room with 50inch plasma screen tv with satellite tv, HBO, Netflix and a PS3 player! There is a ground floor bedroom with a full bed and its own full bath – claw foot tub only! The long porch runs along the full length of south side of the house.There is also a 1/2 bath on this level.

Upstairs you have 4 more bedrooms and two more full baths: the large master has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a tub. The other three bedrooms, are queen, two twins, and a full bed and they share two more full baths: one with a tub/shower combination and the other has a shower. The upstairs is roomy and allows for plenty of privacy when two families want to share.

Outside, there is the long porch with plenty of adirondeck seating, the grill for outdoor cooking and 30 acres to explore. You are less than 15 minutes to Tanglewood, just 10 minutes to Ski Buttenrnut and all that Great Barrington center has to offer. In winter there is a fun sledding hill just outside the door.

Rates: Available year round for both long or short term. All inclusive Summer rates are $7500.00 per month or $2000/week. A $125 cleaning fee applies to all bookings of a week or shorter. All inclusive Winter rates: $4500/month or Dec – March for $16,000. Heat utility cap will apply. All holiday weeks are booked at peak/summer rates. Please inquire about shorter or longer term stays.
