This condo is bright, spacious, and ready for easy entertaining with plenty of room for two families to share or have additional guests drop in to enjoy all the fun. Inside the entry way, on the main floor, you are greeted with gleaming white walls and an open floor plan where the rooms easily flow from one area to the next.The sun-drenched eat-in kitchen is fully modern and updated with two (2!) counter areas that seats four. The outdoor grill is easily positioned off the kitchen porch. Just nearby is the dining atrium with lovely views and seats six at the round glass table. This area opens into a living room with gas fireplace, tv/dvd, and stereo system! Directly off living room is master queen suite with tv and a view of the lake, master bath has a shower & jacuzzi tub. There are glass sliders which usher you onto the lower deck with views of the lake and plenty of outdoor seating for sun, party games, lunch and more! Turn the corner and you will find an open room w/ treadmill & couch. Another the other side and you will find the 4th bedroom with full bed and full bath with shower only. there is one more small area with a fold-out couch for an additional guest. lastly, there is also a laundry room!

Rates: Summer 2012: $16,000/month or $30K for 2 months. Weekly bookings can become available after April 1st for $4500 per week. A $1500 refundable security deposit will always apply. A mid-month cleaning is included!!
