Two of the 4 bedrooms upstairs have double beds and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. There is a second, large, light-filled tiled bathroom upstairs with and tub / shower combination. The living room has a stone fireplace and leads in to the large sun-filled kitchen. The kitchen has eat-in dining, a 6-burner with griddle Viking stove, a stainless Jenn-Aire refrigerator and cozy heated terrazzo-tiled floors. This open, bright kitchen opens up onto a large, private deck and stone patio complete with a Weber gas grill and outdoor seating for eight. The established perennial gardens and green lush lawn is completely fenced-in, private, and also has a swing set, sand box, and a child’s playhouse. There is a mudroom entryway with a cedar closet adjacent to the two-car garage with auto door openers. There is also a pantry/laundry/storage room directly off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
