The kitchen has a 4 burner gas range, dishwasher, stainless fridge and a large pantry plus easy access kitchen door which takes you directly out the deck with outdoor seating, umbrella, grill, etc. There is a separate “formal” dining room that seats 6. The living room has roomy with a wood-burning fireplace, books, games, flat screen tv with dvd player. With enough advance notice homeowner will arrange for Netflix on-demand or other on-demand channels through Wispring wifi internet!
The Loft is located on the second floor. This spectacular second Master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, glass doors which lead to a sun deck, and fabulous full bath with soaking tub and separate shower! This really is a wonderful space with plenty of room for a crib or portable baby bed, if needed.
Outside is simply wonderful with fire pit, walking trails, deck, room for soccer, touch football, etc. There are bikes for renters use and a washer dryer in the garage (2 car and very clean!)
Rates: Summer 2013: $6500/month $12,000 for July and August or $17,000 for full season. Weekly stays of $1800/week may become available after April 1st. Winter ski season 2013-2014: Dec 1 – March 31 for $3000/month or $10,500 for full season. Please inquire for rates and details!
