Description of the North Egremont vacation house rental
This spectacular Church, built in 1860 was decommuted in the 1930’s and then used as the North Egremont Town Hall until the 1970’s when it was converted to be used as a private home. The great room is 40 x 40 with the highest peak reaching 50 feet. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom, with a king size bed, has a gorgeous painted ‘fresco’ on the curved wall. The lighting is warm and intimate. The Master has it’s own full sized bathroom with tub/shower combo. Off the master bedroom is a delightful children’s room with twin bunk beds. There is a bedroom in the other wing up the upstairs – The Choir Loft has two twin beds and it’s own full bathroom. The main floor has another spacious queen bedroom. A full sized pull-out couch is in the living room, for an extra visitor. The dining room will seat 10. There is an invisible fence for dogs and a partially fenced yard for privacy. There is a fire pit with charcoal grill and outdoor seating for ten people. The yard is large and open with a zip line.
