The main floor open is spacious with luxurious easy living in mind. The gleaming chef’s kitchen has every convenience and high-end appliance from a six-burner viking rage to the stainless over-sized stainless side-by-side freezer/fridge. The counter provides for coffee chats, observation or just additional seating. The living room is sumptuous with a wood-burning fireplace and french doors which lead out to the stone patio. This room includes the dining room with seating for eight. The screened porch – just off this room – is a true delight with tables, chairs and cozy cushions and overhead fan. It’s a room to live in during warm summer days and nights!
The master suite is also located on the main floor. This gorgeous room boasts a king bed, an ultra lux bath with soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks and a private wc. The master also has french doors which lead out to the patio!
Upstairs, are 2 guests bedrooms (queen, and two twins which could be made up as a king) and they share a beautifully tiled full bath with tub/shower combo. The 3rd guest room is used as an office but has a high quality queen foldout bed. This 3rd “bedroom” has beautiful views and a fireplace! The ground floor has a fantastic media room and has a fold out queen sofa bed and a twin sized sofa for a child, if needed. This ground floor also has it’s own full bath with an over-sized tile and glass shower.
The one-car garage provides direct access into the home during inclement weather. The private community tennis court is available both day and night. The property provides direct access to this pristine lake but the approach is quite steep. For those who would prefer an easier approach there is the community dock, within an easy walk, for swimming. There are wonderful walking and hiking trails just out the door! Explore the perimeter of the property and you will find the outdoor meditation room – complete with chairs and a Buddha, and another lovely seating area set up on a hill for magnificent views.
