With an in-ground pool, lushly landscaped gardens, children’s play area, indoor Jacuzzi, and 3 queen sized bedroom suites this property will not be available for long. The chef’s kitchen has every update and is situated so that the cook and the guests can easily mingle. The center bar doubles as a prep space as well as a hang-out area. From inside the kitchen you can look out onto the viewing area with large flat screen TV, sunken Jacuzzi, or the through the magnificent windows with form part of the octagon shape of the house. These windows also enclose a small, two-story greenhouse. The kitchen leads into a formal dining area that seats eight guests, comfortably. The classic New England parlor with writing desk and plenty of seating is in the next room. There is also a small office with a pull-out sofa bed for an extra guest Upstairs are three queen-sized suites: one has a luxurious sitting room with French doors that open to views of the pool, walk-in closet and a sturdy stairway that leads to the loft bedroom with queen–sized bed. The full bathroom with jetted tub, double sinks and separate glass shower are on the level with the sitting room. Down the hall are two more queen-sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a tub/shower combo, the other has a tub with separate shower. One of the queen-sized beds could be switched out for a twin or two, if needed, upon request. The yard has a most welcoming heated in-ground pool with plenty of deck seating. There is a luxurious outdoor covered seating area with close access to the pool, playground for young children a yard fountain, indoor/outdoor dog run, and even raspberry bushes to pick and eat in July and August!
