Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new Queen sized Swedish memory foam mattress. The second guest room has a queen bed – also with a new mattress, and the third bedroom has a twin trundle that can be made up as a twin, two twins, or as a king bed. There are so many possibilities! There is one large tiled bathroom with a tub and shower on this level. Fresh linen for all bedrooms and bathroom is provided. A new large capacity, energy efficient, washer/dryer is located on this level.
The large 1/2 acre yard has nicely landscaped annual and perennial flowerbeds tucked in around large established pines with plenty of sun pools splashing through. There is also an outdoor seating area and a gas grill. The house sits on “the loop”, which is a wonderfully scenic 2-mile walk that loops through town. Taking a straighter course you will arrive in town within 5 -10 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. Once in town, take the darling weekend “commuter” train to Lenox. There are public tennis courts within a 3-minute walk and a Stockbridge bowl public beach sticker is provided!
This charming home is available year round. The summer rate is $6000/month or $1800/week. Winter rates are $3000/month. All holiday bookings are always set at peak rates. Please inquire about deals on full seasonal rental or extended periods.
