This delightful home is located on Castle Hill in Great Barrington. Being within a short walk to the center of town and also Lake Mansfield Park: a summer favorite for swimming -life guard on site, kayaking, picnicking, etc. – this home offers a perfect location to those looking to be in the inside of what the Berkshire lifestyle offers. Take a short ride to Tanglewood in the summer and Butternut Basin for skiing in the winter. Walk to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning or to hear a concert on the town green or just relax on the patio with a glass wine.
The main floor has an open plan with the kitchen in the heart of it all. The living room has doors that lead outside to the private backyard with mahogany deck and blue stone patio – all beautifully landscaped equipped with a gas grill and lots of seating for everyone. There is also a playhouse in the backyard!
Rates: Summer 2012: $3000 per week or $11,000 per month. Ski season 2013: $5000/month or $18K for 4 months – Dec 1 -March 31. Homeowner may also be interested in long-term. Please inquire about off season ad weekends (not available during the summer months)!
