This home is perfect for a small family or anyone who would prefer to have the master on the ground floor. There is a bright and sunny eat-in kitchen, large living room with two cozy sofas, and two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. These bedrooms share a beautifully tiled full bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a second floor semi-finished office space available if you need a little extra space.
Other features include a wonderfully convenient boot room that connects the garage and the house – perfect for inclement days! There is also a generous back yard with a gas grill and outdoor seating.
Living on Castle Hill is a little bit like taking a journey back in time… you see kids riding their bikes for one house to the next; children are climbing trees and skipping rope. The lake is just a short walk away for swimming with sandy beach and life guard provided by the town. There is a swingset and a climber and BBQ set-ups available with picnic tables. In winter think of Norman Rockwell and you will get the picture I am trying to portray with ice skating or ice fishing on the frozen Lake.
