Located in historic Housatonic – a lovely off-shoot of Great Barrington – and directly across from Berkshire Mountain Bakery, where you walk to get your fresh, bread every day! Housatonic is 15 minutes from Lenox (Tanglewood, Shakespeare and Co) 10 minutes from downtown Great Barrington, 10 minutes from Stockbridge and 15 minutes from Ski Butternut. Air conditioned units with phone, cable and wireless internet included. The three units are all furnished in a modern, clean manor. Each unit is a duplex with the kitchen/dining/living room on the upper level as well as a half bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with one king bedroom and another bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a beautiful marble bathroom with tub and shower combination and a washer and dryer. 
The upper level has the original, antique, maple, dance hall flooring. The kitchen is brand new with beechwood cabinetry, marble and butcher block counters. The lower level bedrooms are carpeted. Rates: Summer 2011: $3750/month, $1200/week. Fall: $1000/week. Winter 2011-12: $3000/month or $10,500 for full season – Dec 1 – March 31st. All holiday weeks are booked at $1200/week. Please inquire for weekends and longer stays!
